Hang the Pitcher on the Wall

Grandpa wore an excellent tie for Sarah's First Communion. It shows a baseball game, with an unidentified red team playing an unidentified blue team. In the stadium you can see a Coca-Cola billboard. He pointed it out to me and reminded me that I'd given it to him.

Me: Charlie, did you see Grandpa's baseball tie?
C: Yeah, I saw it. But it's impossible.
Me (thinking maybe those to-me-unidentified teams were identifiable, after all): Really? Why?
C: Because it's a baseball tie. There's no such thing.
Me: What do you mean?
C: There are no ties in baseball. They'd just play extra innings.
